“As woke as you may think you are, you cannot be free until we are all free.” That’s a truth I live by.

I’m Amanda Tello—an Indigenous Latinx activist and community organizer committed to intersectional liberation for Black and Brown gente. I’m a mother, a minimalist, and I’m working toward building an intentional community rooted in justice, healing, and collective care.

Through my blog, mamaofintention.com, I write about the power of slow and intentional living. I believe that in letting go, we create space for freedom—and in that freedom, we begin to truly know and be our most authentic selves.

To me, this life is a journey. Every choice we make can move us closer to becoming active agents in our own liberation—and in the liberation of each other.

Indigenous healer and activist Amanda Tello speaks on grief, ancestral memory, and the power of reconnecting with land, spirit, and community for collective liberation.
