At InPower Institute, we know that healing is not just personal—it is ecological, ancestral, and collective. Our Earth-centered healing work reconnects people to the land, to spirit, and to one another through practices that honor our roots and remember our wholeness.

We collaborate with Indigenous and Native relatives, spiritual teachers, and land stewards to offer rituals, retreats, and cultural teachings that center the Earth as a source of wisdom and restoration. From Hush Harbors and herbalism to grief ceremonies and first foods, our offerings guide participants to return to the land not as a resource—but as kin.

Through community partnerships, including Mama Scraps, Forest ReLeaf of Missouri, and Shaw Nature Reserve, we are co-creating immersive experiences like A Return: Healing with the Land retreats and seasonal ceremonies. These offerings deepen our understanding that the separation of people from land is a wound—and reconnection is a pathway to collective recovery.

Semillas y Sol Farm is our next evolution—a bilingual sanctuary co-stewarded with Mama Scraps Inc., where Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities can grow food and medicine, tend to grief and joy, and reawaken ancestral ways. This 5 to 10-acre site will root healing in the soil and spirit of our region, offering space for rituals, yoni steams, cultural workshops, and mutual aid CSA shares. It is not simply a farm—it is a return, a remembering, a homeplace for liberated futures.

A colorful infographic titled 'Go Deeper' focusing on the concept of treesilience. It features a central logo of a tree with the words 'Treesilience' underneath. Surrounding the logo are five green circles with text: 'Cognitive, emotive & somatic approach,' 'Address needs of the community,' 'Tree and ancestral trauma,' 'Relationships between community & organizations,' and 'Resolve conflict through restorative practices.' There are dashed lines connecting these circles to the central logo, emphasizing their connection.

Go Deeper Retreat Series
In collaboration with Treesilience, this retreat invites us to go deeper into what it means to love the Earth after loss. In the wake of the tornado that reshaped our homes, trees, and hearts, we gather to grieve, heal, and remember. Through story, ritual, and hands-on practices, we root ourselves in community and begin the quiet work of restoration—within and all around us.

In every seed planted, story shared, and altar built, we ask: What does it take for our people to come home—to themselves, to each other, and to the Earth?
