Surrounded by natural lighting and thriving plants, Rebeccah Bennett, describes what InPower Institute is. Enjoy!

Hi, I’m Rebeccah Bennett — InPower Institute’s Founder and Root Teacher. I’m a serial community builder, cultural visionary, and community healer. My mission is to seed healed futures by helping people manifest the best within themselves and create communities that sustain the best in us all.

For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of inspiring, coaching, training, and walking alongside tens of thousands of people and hundreds of organizations working to elevate both human consciousness and human conditions.

In 2010, I founded InPower Institute as a center for personal growth and community healing. Through InPower, I later launched two communities of practice that remain close to my heart: the Black Healers Collective, which advances the healing and wholeness of African diaspora peoples; and Spirit Rising, a spiritual community for soul-deep liberation and growth.

Alongside these communities, InPower offers programs and services that not only help people survive, but also support them in thriving. While my work spans a range of disciplines and interests, it’s always centered on one deep truth: healing is possible — and together, we can build the world we long for.
