Prompt: How would you describe InPower to someone new?

I’m ēNiKōL (aka Wolf or E) — a culture builder, DEIB strategist, and community healer with 20 years of experience working across nonprofit, corporate, and grassroots spaces. I’m deeply committed to earth-centered and nature-based healing. My relationships with animals and plants aren’t just hobbies — they’re part of my way of belonging to the Earth, living in rhythm with its wisdom, and staying rooted in the healing work I do.

Owoooo!

At InPower Institute, I serve as the Harmonizer of Culture & Collective Spirit, weaving story, spirit, and strategy to grow collective belonging. I lead our communications strategy and public voice, shape the look and feel of our brand, and help steward InPower’s cultural identity—inside and out.

My work is all about helping people and organizations create spaces where everyone feels valued, connected, and free to thrive. I hold a B.A. in Communications and a Certificate in Creative and Professional Writing from Saint Louis University, and a Graduate Certificate in Social Justice in Education from UMSL. Along the way, I’ve been an ERG leader at the chapter and global levels and launched a global wellness program at Block, Inc., bridging leadership and employee communities across six countries, and building equitable workplace cultures from the inside out.

Before joining the InPower Institute community in 2016, I created Effective Holistic Fitness — a fitness business focused on LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Now, my work weaves together creative arts, holistic wellness, DEIB, and accessibility to foster healing, growth, and transformation in individuals, teams, and communities.

When I'm not working with InPower, you’ll most likely find me leading people through fitness regimens, training and coaching at STL Boxing Academy or out on a trail, moving through the woods with my dogs, tending to the land, and drumming up new ways to help people and communities heal and thrive.
